Q. How do I return or exchange an item?

A. To start a return, you can contact us at shopthuled@proton.me.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A. No. Our one time account feature is very secure and convenient. You do not need a password to login.

Q. Do you offer installment payment options?

A. Yes, installment can be selected when using ShopPay at checkout on order over $35.00 USD. An email must be provide. The first payment will be made at checkout and remaining payment will be made automatically according to the payment options chosen at checkout.
